our services
We provide professional proofreading and editing services for academic, business, professional and personal documents.
Our aim is to improve grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, consistency and readability while preserving your original meaning and writing style.
We do not provide ghostwriting and cannot guarantee academic grades, publication, employment or any other specific outcome.
placing an instant order
A contract is formed when:
your payment has been successfully processed
your document has been successfully uploaded
Work normally begins once both stages have been completed.
pricing and payment
All prices are displayed before payment is taken on instant system. Bespoke service is priced case by case.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
customer responsibilities
By using our service, you confirm that:
the document belongs to you or you have permission to submit it
the information you provide is accurate
your uploaded files do not contain malicious software
you will review the completed work promptly after delivery
confidentiality
Every document submitted to 2211 Consulting is treated as confidential.
You retain full ownership and copyright of your work at all times.
We will never use your work for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit written permission.
editing standards
Every document is edited carefully and professionally.
Although we strive for the highest possible standard, no editing service can guarantee a completely error-free document or any particular academic, professional or commercial outcome.
The final responsibility for reviewing and approving your document remains with you.
turnaround times
Estimated turnaround times are provided before purchase.
While we make every reasonable effort to meet the stated deadline, delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
refunds and cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where work has not yet begun, cancellation requests will be considered promptly.
Where editing has already commenced, a full refund may not be possible because work has already been carried out.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us. We will review your concerns fairly and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
acceptable use
We reserve the right to refuse work that we reasonably believe:
infringes another person’s intellectual property rights
contains malicious software
is unlawful
promotes illegal activity
limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2211 Consulting shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
